Zhou Daji

Zhou Daji was the second generation of oil painting artists in China. He was born in Hubei Province in 1914. He graduated from Wuchang Art School in 1931. In 1934, Grey City and Spring of Hometown were exhibited at the 1st National Fine Arts Exhibition in Shanghai. In the same year, he created Anti - Japanese Trilogy. In 1956, Five Old Peak won the Excellent Prize of Hubei Fine Arts Museum. In 1984, Looking Forward Spring was exhibited at China Contemporary Oil Painting Exhibition in New York. In 1996, Taipei Dunhuang Art Center held Solo Exhibition by Zhou Daji.
